Remember the Halo 5 beta? It will launch with spectator options

Due December 29

Halo 5 looks damn good visually, but I’m a bit concerned in terms of the gameplay based on what I’ve heard so far. Thankfully I’ll get a chance to try it out for myself later this month. Yep, the Halo 5 beta is indeed dropping on December 29, just in time for everyone to get back from Christmas vacation.

When it does hit 343 Industries will apparently allow Halo Channel and Twitch integration. What does that entail, exactly? Well, you’ll be able to access spectator options more easily, and there will be ranked tiers all the way up to “Pro,” so you can check out some top-level players in action.

All of these features are made to give Halo 5 a more eSports oriented push. Let’s see how it works out.
