The next Call of Duty game from developers Sledgehammer Games is to be revealed this Sunday. We’ve been given a brief teaser image, and now Activision has clued us in on what the theme of the game will be through this VICE produced promo video focused on the highly profitable world of private military contractors.

I have to say, this is pretty wild marketing for a Call of Duty. A series that’s been known for embracing the war culture is using a promotional method to cast doubt on the military–industrial complex. That’s so heavy stuff for a goddamn videogame.
