Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition on the horizon

Yep, this still isn’t out yet

Those of you who have remained strong and resisted Borderlands 2 knowing full well that 2K and Gearbox Software would eventually put out a “game of the year” version shouldn’t have to wait all that much longer. At least, the thing is real, IGN has learned from a source at GameStop. There’s photographic evidence and everything! Can’t be too far off, now.

The Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition is said to compile all of the DLC including the Psycho Pack, the Mechromancer PackCaptain Scarlet’s And Her Pirate’s BootySir Hammerlock’s Big Game HuntMister Torgue’s Campaign Of CarnageTiny Tina’s Assault On Dragon Keep, and the Ultimate Vault Hunter’s Upgrade.

If there are two franchises that you should probably wait on, assuming you have that kind of self-control, they have to be The Elder Scrolls and Borderlands. So much post-release content. Speaking of which, I wonder if this release will come with all of that cosmetic DLC.
