Yup, you have full access and not only that, the game is 33% off on Steam right now. You can pick it up for $40.19, or nab the Digital Deluxe Edition that contains a bunch of extras for $53.59.

Plus, Black Ops II is having a Double XP weekend starting on May 10 at 10:00AM PDT, till May 13 at 10:00AM PDT. That goes for all platforms: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and yes, even the five of you playing the Wii U version.
