DICE vows ‘continued support’ for Battlefield 4

Fixes and ‘significant additions,’ including big netcode patch

DICE just wanted to clear the air and tell its fans that the recently leaked Battlefield Hardline, which stole our podcast name and is being developed by Dead Space developer Visceral, “in no way means we’re done working on Battlefield 4.”

Battlefield 4, which seems to have been rushed out for new console launches and to compete with Call of Duty: Ghosts, suffered a lot of problems in its first few months of existence. Some people still seem to have trouble playing. According to the post, several dedicated Battlefield 4 teams are working on a major netcode update and other features the community asks for.

I wonder if the recent microtransactions came from community suggestion.
