Black Rock Shooter The Game is making its way outside of Japan. The PlayStation Portable title will hit PlayStation Network on April 23 in the US, and April 24 in Europe. Sadly select countries like Canada, Mexico and more won’t be getting the game due to licensing and copyright issues.
