Crimson Desert‘s 1.01.01 update has introduced five new mounts to collect, and this includes two new Boss variants in the Alpine Ibex and the Rock Tusk Warthog. Once you obtain these mounts, you can use them for traveling in Pywell.
This guide will help you find both boss mounts efficiently.

How to get the Icicle Edge Alpine Ibex mount in Crimson Desert
Before you can unlock this mount, complete Chapter 7 to get access to the Pailune region. Then, complete the Healing Pailune main quest in Chapter 8. Next, you’ll need to finish the following Faction quests.
- Pailune Militia (Complete them to unlock the Skoghorn Tribe quests).
- Skoghorn Tribe (Complete them to unlock the Longleaf Tribe quests).
Go to the Longleaf Tribe section and start the Concern of the Tannery mission. Accept the bounty notice to begin The Sport Hunter quest. Reach the marked location as part of the bounty, and you’ll come across Moren, the Mistwood Huntmaster. The battle has two stages; once done, you’ll get the Icicle Edge Alpine Ibex horns.
Go to the Witch’s Lair in Hernand and speak with Elowen to use the horns and craft the Sigil of Solidarity. This will unlock the mount for you to summon and use on your adventures.
How to get the Rock Tusk Warthog mount in Crimson Desert
Once you’ve accessed the Crimson Desert region, you have to go to the center of the ruins, which is located west of the Red River. Defeat all the enemies to start the Master of the Wetlands quest. You’ll find the Ravok of the Savage Fangs boss enemy, and the battle lasts for two stages.
Complete the battle, and you’ll get the Rock Tusk Warthog Molar. Take it to the Witch’s Lair to get the Sigil of Solidarity, which allows you to summon the mount.
