3DS’ November update adds 3D video recording

Recommended Videos

Come November, the 3DS will get one more piece of the puzzle that will be the system we were promised prior to launch: 3D video recording. You’ll be able to capture 3D video of damn near anything you want and share it sans 3D glasses. That’s assuming you can get them within the 3D viewing cone, however. Optimal? No, but pretty neat.

Also new to November will be a set of “new experiences” for those busy bees among you who have completed the StreetPass challenges in the Mii Plaza. Since these StreetPass challenges rank among the best the 3DS has to offer out of the box and I rescued my Mii from his precarious caged perch long ago, some new blood is more than welcome.
