You can wine and dine at hotels in Final Fantasy XV

And a few other gameplay details

It’s hard for me to be skeptical about Final Fantasy XV at this point (outside of the Season Pass nonsense of course).

Sure, it’s been a decade in the making, so it’s primed for some sort of meltdown or sales catastrophe. But every single showing its had so far, whether it’s just simple screenshots of the game’s party driving down a deserted road, or the Duscae demo, has been great. That includes this newly minted information, told by way of a new collective of screens from Square Enix.

They show off a few supplementary aspects, like the equipment screen (which allows you to assign a main and sub weapon, as well as commands for your crew), link attacks (read: synergy attacks like Chrono Trigger or Setsuna), Chocobo travel (which can be rented, granting you a Chocobo Flute item for a specified amount of time), housing such as camps, trailers, and inns, and of course — more food porn.

What interests me the most though is the idea of chilling in this world. I can see myself cruising around, grinding a bit in the endgame, and hanging out in search of more recipes and the finest culinary delights.
