We were just bitching about how Japan is scheduled to get the PlayStation Network title The Last Guy next week. Now we hear that the US will also see this release at the same time.
Sony has announced today that the game is coming Thursday, Aug. 28, 2008, and is going to cost you $9.99. IGN says that the game will contain more than ten cities for you to save from zombies.
I haven’t played it yet, but I’m with Destructoid tipster Action Bastard, who says “I enjoyed the demo and $10 ain’t bad. Not great, but not bad.”
$10 is affordable, but probably a bit much for a game that uses map images. I think $5 or $6 would have fit this type of game better, don’t you?
Unfortunately, I probably will be the last guy to play The Last Guy, as I’ll be at PAX 2008 when it launches.
