Xbox One’s February update is pretty nice

Controller improvements, ho

Xbox One’s February update is out. The highlight is probably the controller update, which lets you connect your Xbox One controllers faster, and fixes a few bugs. You’ll also be able to access the Game Hub, which basically just lists off tons of info regarding specific titles, like achievements, leaderboards, friends who play it, and so on. It’s kind of like what the PS4 has now but a little more in-depth, since you can “follow” games like Twitter and see more posts.

Tile transparency is a nice feature, which lets you see your backgrounds and wallpapers better. The TV feature has also been upgraded with a few extras, and is now live in more regions. It’s not a mind blowing update, but the controller bit alone will be great if it works, since some of my remotes take up to 10 seconds to connect.
