Xbox Music’s free trial period has come to an end

If you’ve been using the Xbox Music service for a while now, prepare to be disappointed — the service is ceasing as a free offer as of December 1st, 2014. Previously the music streaming app was available for free with ads, but now you’ll have to purchase a subscription for it.

The sub will be $9.99 a month, and will offer something similar to Beats Music and Spotify’s services.
