Xbox 360 Wireless Headset, Media Remote announced

Microsoft has revealed some new accessories today, all sleek and black to match its current Xbox 360 S models.

First is a new Xbox 360 Wireless Headset with Bluetooth, which is exactly what it sounds like. It’ll be able to connect to mobile phones, PCs, as well as to the Xbox 360 for online communication. It’s out in “early November” and it’ll run you $59.99.

Next up is the Xbox 360 Media Remote, which seems to be a fancy refresh of the white Universal Media Remote that’s been available for some time. The remote will be able to control video in all the ways you’d expect: play, pause, fast forward, and what have you. Additionally, the controller will have a D-pad for navigation, back and select buttons, and a full set of numbers. When Live TV launches for the console, the remote should work seamlessly with that, as well. Like the older Universal Remote, this is going to run you $19.99.

Microsoft’s Larry Hyrb got his hands on the stuff a bit early, and a made a little fancy video taking a look at both products. Check it out.
