Where to find all of the Oracles in Destiny 2’s The Whisper mission

You will drown in the Vex Milk.

If there’s one thing the Destiny 2 community loves, it’s secrets. So, when the secret Exotic Mission, The Whisper, returned for Into the Light, our collective heart started beating like a dance with the realization it would contain the Oracles once more. Here’s where they are and how to add the Karve of the Worm ship to your collection.

How to complete Oracular Seeker in Destiny 2

1.

After destroying the first Taken Blight and jumping down the hole, cross the first gap. When you get to the next gap, stop and turn to the left. Follow the narrow ridge around the corner to find the first Oracle above the crumpled Vex.

2.

The second Oracle is just past the section where you must crouch and maneuver past the sliding blocks. Jump across to the elevator and to the ledge. Rather than taking the door on the left like you normally would, continue straight ahead. Above you will be another doorway containing more Vex remains and the Oracle.

3.

The third Oracle is in the cavernous room where you must jump from ledge to ledge and avoid the Taken portals that blast you into oblivion. Upon reaching the door at the end, turn around to spot a Vex cube. Destroy it to make a platform. Jump to the platform to find the third Oracle tucked behind the wall.

4.

Oracle the fourth is an old favorite. Head to the Green Room and complete the jumping puzzle all the way to the top. You’ll start your ascent on the left side of the room, near the large orb, and will work your way along the ledges and walls until you reach the summit.

This section is tricky until you know where all of the ledges are. If you’re not sure where to go, look up and around to spot the next point. Many of these ledges are slivers and require you to hug the wall. The Oracle’s room is tucked into a seem. After reaching the seam in the fifth screenshot, the next ledge will be around the corner and down.

5.

After nabbing the fourth Oracle, carefully jump down to the floor of the Green Room and go to the middle. Jump down the opening and you’ll land amid a pile of Vex remains. Toward the back wall and tucked in a cubby around the corner will be the fifth Oracle.

6.

Past the Green Room will be the large column with the narrow lip on your left. Follow this around. Before jumping down to the door like you normally would, look to the left of your current platform to find another just below it. Hop down and follow it into the hidden room to find the sixth Oracle.

7.

After destroying the sixth Oracle, you’ll receive a message “A seventh Oracle appears…” Go back the way you came around the column. Across the way will be a ledge you can jump to. Head there (I highly recommend using Strand or a sword with Eager Edge) and follow the path to the left. There will be a Vex portal in the back of the room which hides the seventh Oracle behind it.

With all seven Oracles destroyed, you can claim the Oracular Seeker Triumph and the Karve of the Worm ship (with added Vex effects). It’s a fun little throwback and gives you something to do between Onslaught runs. But, while you’re exploring The Whisper, why not take some extra time to complete the Whispers of the Taken quests?
