Apologies for the lack of last week’s roundup, but I was in the grips of PAX and I’m still getting over it. Well, my jet lag at least. Let’s take a look at what’s for sale this weekend. To start, Steam has a pair of sales happening: Jordan’s already let us know about the Trine sale and the other deal is 75% off Crysis 2: Maximum Edition.
Elsewhere, GamersGate has a “Neocore Weekend” promotion reducing a bounty of games by developer Neocore, mainly in the King Arthur franchise, by up to 70%. Amazon is continuing its Labor Day sale until Sunday; my pick of the promotion is a Max Payne 3/LA Noire bundle for $29.99.
GOG.com maybe has the best promotion this weekend, cutting the price in half for some of the best recent point-‘n-click games such as Resonance, Gemini Rue, Machinarium, and Botanicula.
