We get new Major Minor’s Majestic March screens, no video, so we make our own

You know, for a game that revolves around music, Majesco sure are fond of sending us screenshots (and nothing else) for Major Minor’s Majestic March

A Wii-exclusive designed by Masaya Masuura and Rodney Alan Greenblat of PaRappa the Rapper fame, Majestic March is one of those rhythm games that has you swinging the remote around to lead a band. But with its quirky look (and quirky designers), it’s difficult to not be interesting. It’s also difficult to gauge whether the game will be good or not … the screens don’t give much away, and also don’t particularly give off an air of “quality,” either.

But PaRappa the Rapper! That was a good game, right? And seriously, how hard is to make a trailer that shows off the game in action, along with some of the game’s music? It’s not — I made the above trailer in 15 minutes, and it’s brilliant.

We’ll see if Major Minor’s Majestic March can top that on March 24 when it ships exclusively for the Wii.

[Note: You can check out a “real” trailer for the game — back from E3 2008 — here.]
