Watch Twitch on Xbox 360 with the new dedicated app

Xbox Live Gold members in the U.S. can now download the Twitch app for Xbox 360 to catch the top 300 live channels directly on the console. I don’t know that anyone was expecting this to let you actually stream games, but to be absolutely clear, it won’t. Should still be a popular one, regardless.

While I knew Twitch had become substantial, hearing that the platform pulls in 34 million monthly unique viewers had me doing a double take. I’m surprised it took this long for the Xbox partnership to happen; the two seem perfect for one another.
