V8: Arcade developer Ispod Labs has revealed that its Xbox LIVE Arcade title is complete and ready for approval by saying, “it’s been a long road, but … the game was released to Microsoft today for what we hope to be *final* submission.”
For those of you unfamiliar with V8: Arcade, it’s a “re-imagining” of Vigilante 8 and Vigilante 8: Second Offense wrapped up into a nice little 800-point package.
I own (and love) Second Offense on the Dreamcast, and I’ve gotta say, the 8-player online battles are going to be an absolute blast (pun intended) to play whenever this remake drops.
As you might know, the certification process is a brutal one, and it could still be a long while before we get our hands on V8: Arcade. Here’s hoping it gets through quickly!
