Erik Estavillo’s list of videogame-related lawsuit insanity keeps growing. First he tried to sue Sony after they banned him from PSN. Then he tried to sue Sony again. Then he tried to sue Microsoft and Nintendo for the RRoD and anti-piracy measures respectively. Then he subpoenaed the founder of Depeche Mode and Winona Ryder in a Blizzard suit. Now he’s struck again, this time going after Bill Gates.

Aside from the ridiculousness of bringing Gates into this in the first place, Estavillo’s demands are less inane than usual. The troll wants Gates to provide “documents pertaining to the true and relative number of actual Xbox 360 units that have been fixed by Microsoft over the past 3 years.” It’s a step down from asking Ryder to talk about Catcher in the Rye, at any rate.

When questioned by GamePolitics, Estavillo stated that he has no plans to sue more game companies. We shall see.
