EA is going to have to cue up their own fight song in court, as Composer Gerard Willis is suing the publisher for the use of his composition “Win With The Rebels,” the University of Las Vegas Nevada fight song.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal says that Willis is looking for $150,000 per use. Unfortunately for EA, they packed it into 10 of their sports titles, including NCAA Basketball 2009, NCAA Football 2006 through 2009, and a few of the March Madness titles.

“I think the UNLV band sounds great when they play it, and that’s what it was written for,” Willis’ attorney told the Journal-Review. “It was not written for commercial use.”

According to Gamasutra, EA has yet to comment.
