Turns out Microsoft’s Project Scorpio console will have exclusives after all

Only of the VR variety though

At E3 this year, we heard from Microsoft that its upcoming Project Scorpio console wouldn’t have exclusive games. Turns out that isn’t the case anymore.

Speaking to Engadget, Xbox marketing chief Aaron Greenberg said that while Microsoft is “not going to have console-exclusive games for Project Scorpio,” it doesn’t think of VR as console gaming, “so with the VR experiences those will be new things that you will get on Project Scorpio.”

I suppose this news won’t be very upsetting to you if you don’t care about virtual reality, but clearly many people do considering the reaction and pre-orders for PlayStation VR.
