Do you know Toribash? It has existed as a free-to-play game for a while now on Mac and PC, and it even came to WiiWare several years ago. The turn-based, muscle micromanagement fighter starring Vectorman‘s cousins may now gain a larger following, as it has released on Steam, adding Linux as a platform.

While the Steam release trailer above makes fighting look easy, beginners will find achieving basic movement a difficult enough task. The fighters have a full range of motion and can adopt or invent any fighting style, but at the onset a simple punch takes practice. Patience, grasshopper.
