Tracer is unrelenting in Heroes of the Storm

Welp, I’m sold

Recommended Videos

Blizzard is transplanting Tracer from Overwatch to Heroes of the Storm soon and after watching this video summing up her play style and abilities, I have a pile of gold with her name on it.

She’s a rapid-fire ranged assassin who can attack while moving, blink short distances to get in or out of trouble, perform a single-target melee strike, and “bound backward” a few seconds in time to clear up”almost all” negative effects. Tracer only has a single Heroic ability, Pulse Bomb, but it’s available at level one and can then be enhanced in a few different ways at level ten.

Based on this footage, I think she’ll be an utter pest in the right hands, but will otherwise be super fragile. Those of you with Overwatch: Origins Edition pre-ordered can play as her beginning April 19, while the rest of us will have to wait until April 26 before she becomes available.
