Come with me readers as I take you on a journey to a time many of us wish we could go back to. A time when you had no worries about your future, money and or love life. Yes, I’m talking about childhood. I miss waking up early in the morning to cartoon shows and hot breakfasts. Now, life is all about making as much money as you can so you can afford a decent breakfast.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve managed to keep a collection of my toys and cherished positions from my childhood. Recently, I was rummaging through my box of happyness when I came across the Super Mario Bros. movie children’s book. Yes, there was a children’s book based on the under appreciated masterpiece.
The book is 23 pages long and loosely follows the movie. The only time I saw the movie was in the theatres when it first came out so I can’t really remember the movie in detail. But I do remember enough to know that this book skips a ton of major points. That may have been the point though as this was just directed for the little chillens. I wonder if Bob Hoskins knows that a book based on his worst experience in a movie was made too?
Take a look through the book in the gallery and let us know what you think of it.
