Capcom has announced that the Monster Hunter Rise camera system is getting upgraded when Sunbreak arrives, on both Switch and PC. The catch? PC users will be getting even more enhancements.

Here’s a breakdown of the features found on the game’s official Twitter account.

Here’s what the Switch Monster Hunter Rise camera upgrades look like (visible here):

  • The ability to hide the UI
  • A face [the] camera option
  • A face [the] camera with buddies option

Here’s what the PC camera upgrades look like (visible here):

  • The ability to hide the UI
  • A face [the] camera option
  • A face [the] camera with buddies option
  • Depth of field toggles (DOF)
  • A focus option
  • Blur range
  • Filter swaps

Folks are already celebrating the hilarious nature in which the NPCs and the player character “face the camera.” Once you hit the option it forces them, seemingly against their will, to slowly turn and look at the screen. Others are loving the “face the camera with buddies” toggle — and as someone who laboriously attempted to set up tons of “face the camera” pictures on my own without the help of an instant click, I can relate.

Again, these features will arrive with the launch of Sunbreak on June 30.
