The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: November 11, 2011

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was announced at the Spike Video Game Awards this weekend. This is Bethesda’s follow-up to the 2006 Game of the Year, Oblivion. The award show audience (and our audience!) exploded with applause and praise when it was announced. Skyrim is less than a year away, set to launch on November 11, 2011 for PS3, Xbox 360 and Games for Windows.

We all want to know more about the game. Information is coming, says Bethesda. The first bit of that information will hit Game Informer’s February issue, as they have the exclusive as their cover story. For now, this high-quality version of the teaser trailer will have to do.
