The Amnesia Collection jump scares onto Xbox One next week

BOO!

Microsoft stealthily announced that the Amnesia Collection will be coming to Xbox One next week. Releasing on August 31, 2018, the collection bundles the first game (The Dark Descent) and its DLC pack (Justine) alongside sequel Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs into one scary as hell compilation…well, for most people. The Amnesia games actually don’t scare me all too much.

That being said, there is more to each title than just soiling your boxers. Each game provides a unique mixture of exploration, puzzle solving and stealth that can be tense as hell when an enemy is breathing down your neck. I might be the odd one out, but I actually prefer Machine for Pigs for its really intriguing and grotesque storyline. In any case, you can’t go wrong with either title and you’ll be getting them both for cheap.

Details on the price or even Xbox One X support have not been confirmed, but we’ll likely find that all out later this week.
