The Adventures of D and B dropping an album later this month

The Adventures of Duane & Brand0 have fast become one of my favorite videogame musical cover groups. I typically have never liked any type of Nerdcore or rap mashed up with videogame songs, but something about the way Duane and Brand0 do their songs is just brilliant. The best thing about these guys is that they mix multiple songs from a game into one track, rap over it with pure awesomeness AND they play all they redid the instrumental parts rather than just rap over the original music.

They’ve been making music for awhile now and they’re finally releasing an album called LP of Devastation. It’s going to contain 19 videogame jams plus two bonus cover songs (list of the songs can be found here). It’s going to available for download later this month and they’re just asking for minimum donation for the LP.

While we wait for the album to drop, you should go vote for the album cover on LP of Devastation. Be sure to visit their MySpace or hit the jump to hear some of their songs too.
