Speaking at a press conference, Suda51 has revealed his intentions to make a social gaming app for Japan’s Mogabe mobile platform using his hyper-violent No More Heroes IP. Famitsu reports that the game will include assassins with Suda claiming that he’s, “aiming to make it the social game with the most blood.” The gauntlet has apparently been thrown down.
Suda also stated that he’d like to make enough of an impact that the game will appeal to western publishers. I hope so. The last Grasshopper Manufacture game I played on a mobile device, Frog Minutes, was totally engrossing and I’ll take any opportunity I can get to try out more of their weird, wonderful stuff.
