First big discount on Valve’s hardware
If you didn’t hear, Valve has sold over 500,000 units of Steam Controllers. GameStop now wants you to join in the hype because the retailer is discounting the Steam Controller (and Steam Link) at a big fat 30% off discount.
This is the first legitimate (and rather big) discount for the Steam Controller. Previously it has always been at list price and the best we’ve seen was bundle deals at Steam Store or Amazon where you’ll get Left 4 Dead 2 for free if you pick up a controller.

No expiration date has been noted, but we don’t expect this to stick around forever. As a side note, the unexpected big discount makes us wonder if there are new controller on the horizon with E3 closing in… whatever the case, GameStop is chugging these out of its warehouse.
