Solo Leveling Season 2 trailer

Crunchyroll and Solo Leveling’s official English Instagram confirmed the second season through a teaser trailer. With this announcement, we now know the title of Season 2: “Solo Leveling Season 2 – Arise from the Shadow.”

Most of the video presents snippets from the action-packed Solo Leveling Season 1. However, fans in the comments have noticed that Sung Jinwoo’s appearance toward the end of the teaser pays more of a homage to the manhwa’s character design. Jinwoo has undoubtedly changed throughout the first season, and now it seems he will continue to evolve for the next phase.

Solo Leveling returning cast, explained

Since there hasn’t been much information on Solo Leveling Season 2, it isn’t clear who will return to the cast yet. Nevertheless, Taito Ban, the Japanese voice actor for Sung Jinwoo, will likely come back for the next season. He’s been a part of many other anime, such as Dr. Stone, Vinland Saga, and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Sung’s English voice actor, Aleks Le (Demon Slayer, Rent-a-Girlfriend, and Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War), may also be returning for the role.

Igris will also come back for Solo Leveling Season 2, thanks to Crunchyroll’s character art reveal:
