Smithsonian’s call for fan pictures

Recommended Videos

To celebrate their “Art of Video Games” exhibit, the Smithsonian has sent out a call via email for fans to show their undying love for games via art, costumes, and even food. The calling states “We’re particularly interested in seeing creative and crazy costumes inspired by your favorite game characters.” Be careful what you wish for Smithsonian, we’re a…ahem…interesting lot.

To submit your pics, head over to the Flickr group and show your mad skills!

The Art of Video Games exhibit opens on March 16th, 2012 at the American Art Museum in Washington, D.C. and will run until September 30, 2012.
