Six new albums revealed for Rock Band 2: RHCP, Megadeth, No Doubt, and more

Entertainment Weekly has obtained some juicy details regarding what downloadable content is in store for Rock Band 2. There are six more full albums in the pipeline, all of which should be out by the year’s end.

Without further ado, here are the albums: Foo Fighters’ “The Colour and the Shape,” Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “Blood Sugar Sex Magik,” Jane’s Addiction’s “Nothing’s Shocking,” Megadeth’s “Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying,” Stevie Ray Vaughn’s “Texas Flood,” and a “Best of” No Doubt collection.

Quite an impressive line-up of music, isn’t it?

Just in case you had forgotten, all Rock Band 2 DLC will indeed work with the original Rock Band, so if you’d rather save up for these albums instead of getting RB2 when it’s released on September 14, that’s prefectly acceptable.
