Microsoft could add Live support into all those free games that come on Windows computers. You know, the ones that waste so many man-hours in offices? There’s, Minesweeper, of course. Also: Solitaire, Chess, Checkers, Spades, Hearts, Backgammon, Purple Place, Spider Solitaire and Freecell. They would get achievements, leaderboards and chat support, according to this rumor.
This, as Joystiq points out, could get a whole new audience hooked on MS’s Live Achievements drug. Soccer moms will be pumping up their Gamerscores, just like you. How cool is your Gamerscore when your mom’s is higher?
This rumor comes form a tipster that Joystiq says is “batting a thousand” for them.
