Rewrite history in the point-and-click game Inspire Me

Beethoven didn’t come up with those tunes himself, y’know?!?

When will kids learn — you just don’t mess around with time machines.

Honestly, it’s like the kids of 2040 have never seen Back to the Future. At least, young Kelvin, the main character in Inspire Me, clearly hasn’t: he’s been monkeying around with his father’s time machine and now everything is screwed up. Kelvin is going to have to go back in time and give a gentle nudge to famous historical figures so that they can mend their greatest works.

Blyts is an independent studio in Argentina and its point-and-click adventure game sure has a fun-sounding concept. In the three planned episodes, you’ll help Sire Issac Newton discover gravity and inspire Beethoven and Leonardo Da Vinci to create their masterpieces.

The team hopes to raise $20,000 to develop Inspire Me, which seems like reasonable amount, and bring the game to PC, Mac, Linux as well as Android and iOS devices by the end of 2014.
