Since we’re not so deep into this scheme that we can’t self-adjust, I want to hear from you all: does this format work for you? Is there anything you’d like to see that we aren’t doing?

Good

Solid and definitely has an audience. There could be some hard-to-ignore faults, but the experience is fun.
