Would you like some fresh cut demos with your alien invasion shooter sequel? Well, you’re getting it, like it or not. Lots of demos and other content are packed into Resistance 3, which Insomniac says has just gone gold. That means this game is right on track for its September 6 release date.
Insomniac also confirms that there will be a patch on the first day. They are working on the Public Beta and they’ll use this patch to tweak the final product.
The disc is packed with tons of playable extras. Killzone 3, MotorStorm Apocalypse and inFAMOUS 2 will be included as demos. Look for trailers and other videos for UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception, Starhawk, God of War: Origins, and SOCOM 4. There’s even Sony music and movie content including movie trailers and music videos from artists like Ozzy Osbourne, Incubus, Foo Fighters, and AC/DC. I guess there was a lot of space left on the Blu ray disc!
