Rare Replay is Rare’s first UK best seller since the ’90s

First top spot since Banjo in 1998

Rare Replay has hit number one in the UK games charts, making it the first Rare game to do so since the late ’90s. The last Rare game to hit number one in the UK chart was Banjo-Kazooie on the N64, which was released all the way back in 1998.

Rare Replay is also the first budget release to reach the coveted top spot in the UK since Wii Fit Plus, which released back in 2009. 

So yeah, a budget release of all the good games Rare made back in the day is a profitable thing. Who would have thought?
