Puzzle Chronicles to baffle me further in Q1 2010

Recommended Videos

After staring at these new images of Puzzle Chronicles for entirely too long, I have come to a conclusion: I still don’t know how the hell this game works. It’s coming to us from the Puzzle Quest folks, so the hybrid RPG/puzzle nature of the game is a given.

But even after re-reading Ben’s preview, I still can’t seem to make any sense of how battles go down. As long as lessons were learned from Galactrix and the same mistakes aren’t made twice, I’ll be along for the ride. Tutorials: Puzzle Chronicles had better have plenty of them.

The screenshots are from the DS, PSP, and XBLA/PSN/PC versions of the game, in case you were wondering what was up with the variation in size and graphical might.
