PS3 and Vita action-RPG Warrior’s Lair canceled

Closure, at last

Sony Computer Entertainment has confirmed to IGN that Warrior’s Lair — or Ruin, depending on how long ago you lost interest in the game — is no longer in development for PlayStation Vita and PS3. We all figured it’d happen eventually, so I wonder what took so long?

While the game always looked to be a bit on the generic side, the more I think about it, the more I realize the Vita could have used titles like this back when Warrior’s Lair/Ruin still looked like a sure thing. Now? Can’t say I’m particularly disappointed.
