Pre-orders open on Steam for Metal Gear Revengeance

Some significant savings

The PC version of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will finally arrive in a few weeks, and Steam began offering pre-orders earlier today. If your plan is to play the game on launch day, you may as well buy now, as Konami is offering an introductory savings of 33% off its (already budget) price of $29.99 until 10am Pacific tomorrow. Afterwards, the savings drop to 20% off, where it will remain until the game releases on January 9, 2014.

I very much enjoyed my time with Revengeance, though I never did go back for the DLC content. Still, when I feel the urge for some slashy-slashy action, it’s probably the game I’ll pull off the shelf for the foreseeable future. Hell of a lot of fun.
