Plants vs. Zombies retail disc comes with Zuma, Peggle

Earlier today, we told you that Plants vs. Zombie would be hitting Xbox LIVE Arcade on September 8 for 1200 MS Points ($15.00). But if you can hold off just a bit, there’s a bit of a better deal coming to retail.

PopCap has confirmed with us today that a Plants vs. Zombies for Xbox 360 disc will be hitting retail on September 28 for $19.99. Better yet, the disc will come loaded with bonus games — Zuma and Peggle previously released as download-only titles for XBLA. (As reader TheWeaponeer points out Zuma appeared on the retail PopCap Arcade Vol 1 disc; Peggle appeared on Volume 2.) The upside is it’s a great deal. The downside is you’ll have to wait a few weeks to clear zombies off of your Xbox 360’s lawn.

Me, I won’t be able to wait. Even though I’ve purchased Plants vs. Zombies for the PC/Mac, the iPhone, and the HD iPad version, PopCap can count on getting my $15 on September 8. What’s your plan?
