How to get the Punk Sprite in Fortnite
The Punk Sprite is an extremely rare variant that only spawns from Sprite Chests. The variant has a 3.5% chance to drop when you open the chest. Sprite Chests (the ones with crystals sticking out of them) are quite rare to begin with.
You could also try to find a player who already has a Punk Sprite in their collection. If you manage to persuade them, you can trade for it. That’s another way to add the Punk Sprite to your collection.
How does the Punk Sprite work in Fortnite
Here’s the official explainer of its ability: “Possibly nothing… or infinitely something.” Its in-game effects are completely random. Occasionally, it could reward you with keycards, shields, or health recharges. If you’re lucky, you could also end up with infinite ammo.
I have yet to ascertain if any in-game effect is more likely to happen; it seems to be entirely random. If you love RNG, there’s no better Sprite to use. However, I usually don’t like relying on luck to decide my chances of winning the round.
