To complete the On the Path of Stars quest, you need to meet up with Merlin and help him set up an Event Board in the valley. Here’s a full breakdown of all key steps featured in this quest to help you through it.
Complete required prerequisites
Before you can unlock and begin this mission, there’s one key task you must complete. You must unlock at least one Realm before the On the Path of Stars quest is available to tackle. Once you have this done, you can then proceed.
Talk to Merlin
When you’re ready to get started on this quest, track down Merlin around the valley. Once you locate him, have a chat to learn about what he needs your help with this time around.

Place the Event Board near your house
Your next task from Merlin is to place the Event Board somewhere near your house. Open Furniture mode, click on the Merlin quest icon, and select the Event Board. Then, drop it anywhere you like around your main valley home.
This item can be freely moved around later, so don’t worry too much about where you put it for now. You do need to have it close to your home for this step, but you can move it elsewhere once it’s done.

Once the Event Board is placed, find Merlin around the valley again and chat with him to share your progress. You can then ask him a couple of questions if you’re unclear about anything related to the permanent Star Path event featured on it.

You’ve now got some Tokens to spend, so head over to the Rewards tab on the Astronomer’s Journey Star Path event. Select and purchase any prize to complete this step in the quest.
