Flip on your Wii (ha!), head on over to the Wii Shop Channel, and under WiiWare, search “demo.” What you’ll see is five shiny new demos from the lovely folks at Nintendo. Their goal is to give gamers a taste of the games they’re hoping to sell you this holiday season, like demos were a new concept or something.
Download demos of any or all of the following for ZERO Wii points:
- BIT.TRIP.BEAT
- Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord
- NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits
- World of Goo
- Pokemon Rumble (full version also available this week)
Don’t get me wrong, Nintendo. These demos are greatly appreciated. But welcome to four years ago! And instead of having to search for them, you should have a demos section where these things are easily accessible. Way to keep up with the Jonses!
