Newsweek’s Level Up chats about Majestic March with Masaya Matsuura

Majesco’s upcoming Wii exclusive music title, Major Minor’s Majestic March, should have you interested. After all, we are talking about the reuniting of the PaRappa the Rapper duo of artist Rodney Greenblat and designer Masaya Matsuura.

In an exclusive interview with Newsweek’s N’Gai Croal, Matsuura talks for the first time about the details of his upcoming collaboration with Greenblat. He also shuns the desire for any influence from Nintendo’s “Wii Music” conducting title, saying “Maybe that would make me a little confused on what I’m trying to do.”

And in typical Level Up fashion, Croal throws a curve ball in Matuura’s direction, planting the seed to explore the historically black college marching band, Texas A&M. Well played, N’Gai — let’s hope that makes it into the game in some form or another.
