This week sees a ton of major releases for all three major consoles. The one that’s been getting the most attention is the PlayStation 3 exclusive, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Reviews have been between 9s and 10s in most places so far and it’s looking like Uncharted 2 will be a strong contender for game of the year.

Double Fine’s much anticipated Brutal Legend is finally out this week for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. There was a point many feared this game would never see the light of day, but the time has finally come for us to rock the f**k out.

Rounding out the major releases is the Wii exclusive A Boy and His Blob. The game is ridiculous cute, extremely gorgeous and should please fans of the old classic.

Plenty more games are out this week, and a good portion of them are actually good! Hit the break for the full breakdown of new games. What’s looking sw33t to all of you?
