Kingdom Hearts IV website

There’s a new Kingdom Hearts IV website, and I’m just waiting on Disney level confirmation

Right now the site is pretty barebones, but that will change

Following the dramatic weekend reveal of the new trailer, there’s a new Kingdom Hearts IV website to look over.

Now don’t get too excited. This is something you’ll want to bookmark rather than rush over to, as the site currently serves as a portal to Missing Link and IV, with the trailers for each in tow.  At the moment that trailer is the only thing present on the Kingdom Hearts IV website. Of course, this is also the place to keep an eye on and mine for info as it’s updated.

The main thing I want to know as soon as possible is any insight into the Disney element of the game. While info is slim and Square Enix could go full Squaresoft/Square Enix with its worlds, the presence of Goofy and Donald confirmed at the end of the inaugural trailer does provide soft confirmation that the Disney universe is still a factor.

One incredibly obvious pick is Encanto. The aesthetics would suit this universe, and I’m itching to hear a chill instrumental background music version of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno.” Similarly, Coco would be a fantastic opportunity to really flesh out the Land of the Dead environment.

Also, Moana anyone? Imagine a sailing minigame akin to Zelda: Wind Waker. There are so many Disney worlds left on the table, and I hope Kingdom Hearts IV capitalizes on them.
