Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe screens are not so serious

Midway has kindly shared with us the latest screenshots for Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, which reveal The Joker and The Green Lantern in action for the first time. For those who dont know, the Green Lantern is the one dressed in green. 

The graphics are certainly not the best I’ve ever seen, but I’m certainly warming up to the concept. Sure, it’s a ridiculous cash-in, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be fun to smack Batman in the face as Scorpion. Smash him right in his frigging face.

Either way, I’m one of the few people who didn’t think that the modern MK games were all that bad, so I’m hoping for a thoroughly silly fighting game that should amuse, even if it won’t blow one’s bollocks off with creative revelation.
