Merchants of Brooklyn making its way to Steam this spring

I’m not sure why Merchants of Brooklyn hasn’t been mentioned around here yet, because the premise behind it is seriously twisted. It takes place in the future where, essentially, pollution is so bad that society is forced to live in massive skyscrapers high above the toxic ground.

But wait, it gets weirder. The rich folk who populate this futuristic New York decide to clone a bunch of neanderthals to both work as laborers and fight to the death as a means of entertainment. Interesting concept, no?

Anyway, Merchants of Brooklyn is hitting Steam on March 17. If the brief plot summary above sounds interesting to you, hit the jump for a trailer.
